UCC was delighted to welcome Elizabeth Lynch, Head of HR, Kerrygold Park to campus on Tuesday 24 September. Kerrygold Park recently renewed their commitment to the Access UCC PLUS Programme, supporting two undergraduate students as they begin their academic journeys.

"Helping a patient get a good night’s sleep is incredibly gratifying. It’s not just about sleep, it’s about helping people have the energy to live fully." Meet Dr Nishi Bhopal (Medicine 2008) – a psychiatrist, sleep doctor, and YouTuber. Nishi is on a mission to help her patients achieve better sleep and mental health. Her journey started right here at UCC as an international student all the way from Canada.

Professor Huppertz’s new position is a collaboration between UCC and the Dutch Dairy Association (NZO). The appointment is made possible through the generous support of the NZO who are also philanthropically funding a PhD student through the Cork University Foundation.
