İv Hiymo Fransada digər oyun istehsal edən "Electronic Arts", "Sierra On-Line" və "Microprose" şirkətləri ilə birgə çalışmışdır.1994-cü ildə "Ubisoft" şirkətininKanadanınMonrealşəhərində ofis açır və bir müddət sonra şirkətin əsas ofisinə çevrilir.1996-cı ildə "Ubisoft" şirkətiÇininŞanxayvə Kanadanın Monreal şəhərində digər ofislər açdırır. Digər ölkələrdə açlıan ofislər orijinal videooyunlar və ya filmlərə uyğun videooyunlar hazırlayır.
