Somerset Maugham Award
Somerset Maugham Awardje britská literární cena, která se uděluje každoročně v květnu. Získává ji nejlepší spisovatel nebo spisovatelé, kterým je méně než 35 let a v uplynulém roce vydali knihu. Tato cena byla založena v roce1947Williamem Somersetem Maughamem.
Od roku1964se tato cena uděluje vícero spisovatelům. V letech1975a2012udělena nebyla. Dvakrát v historii udílení ceny ji vyhrál syn dříve oceněného spisovatele. V prvním případě šlo oMartina Amise(cenu získal v roce 1974), synaKingsleyho Amise(1955), v druhém případě šlo o dvojiciNigel Kneale(1950) aMatthew Kneale(1988).
