C-C chemokine receptor type 1(CCR1) ist einOberflächenproteinaus der Gruppe derChemokinrezeptoren.
Eigenschaften
[Bearbeiten|Quelltext bearbeiten]CCR1 ist einG-Protein-gekoppelter Rezeptor[1]und wird von verschiedenenhämatopoetischenZellen gebildet. Er bindetChemokinevom C-C-Typ wieMIP-1-alpha(CCL3),MIP-1-delta,RANTES(CCL5)[2][3]undMCP-3(CCL7). Mit geringererAffinitätwirdMIP-1-betaundMCP-1gebunden. Nach Bindung steigt die zelluläre Konzentration dessecond messengerCa2+.CCR1 istglykosyliertundphosphoryliert.
CCR1 wird zur Behandlung vonAutoimmunerkrankungenundInfektionskrankheitenuntersucht.[4]
