Open-source software has become a crucial part of the technology ecosystem. Sharing your code with the world can bring numerous benefits, but it also comes with certain risks.

Good morning,
I too am very grateful to the devs of open source projects.
This is good for several reasons:

You can check the code yourself and therefore do not have to trust blindly.
We can reuse the code (in the case of a free license which is the case with most open source programs) which helps in the development of other software.
and many others...

I think that is true. I think open-source is good even for bigger projects, even funded one and backed by vc's. You build trust in your solution! Do you agree?
