Aldeia Galega da Merceana(Portuguese pronunciation:[alˈdɐjɐɣɐˈleɣɐðɐmɨɾsiˈɐnɐ]) is a formercivil parish,located in themunicipalityofAlenquer,in westernPortugal.In 2013, the parish merged into the new parishAldeia Galega da Merceana e Aldeia Gavinha.[1]It covers 19.69 km2in area, with 2175 inhabitants as of 2001.[2]
