Alfred Raoul(15 December 1938 – 16 July 1999) was President of theRepublic of the Congofrom 5 September 1968 to 1 January 1969, and thePrime Minister of the Republic of the Congofrom August 1968 to December 1969.[1]

Military career
editHe did his secondary studies at the Victor-Augagneur high school in Pointe-Noire, and left the Congo in 1959 to join the army.[2]
