Andrew Sparrowis a British journalist[1]and member of theLobby– thepolitical journalistswith privileged access to theMembers' Lobbyof theHouse of Commons.He writes alive blogforThe Guardian,for which he was nominated for theOrwell Prizein 2010.[2]In 2011, he wonThe Press Awardsfor Political Journalist, and was praised for his live general election blog,[3]and in 2012 won the Editorial Intelligence Comment Award for mainstream media blogger.[4]His career in journalism started at theSouth Wales Echoand he then worked as a political correspondent for other newspapers including theDaily MailandThe Daily Telegraph.
