Life and career
editLodhi was born inJalandhar,British India.Later his family migrated to Pakistan and settled inRawalpindi.He joinedPTVas a newscaster in 1966.[1]AGallupsurvey held in 1986 stated that he was the 2nd most famous news caster onPTV.[2][3]
He was removed from PTV after he covered funeral procession of the late president GeneralMuhammad Zia-ul-Haq.[4][5]
