Turner Broadcasting System bought the broadcasting rights for the 2015 series in the United Kingdom to be repeated onCartoon Network UK's sister preschool channelCartoonito UK.The channel began airing the series in January 2016.[1]

In the US, the series aired onPBS Kidsfrom 7 November 2015[2][3]to 20 November 2018.[4]Quboaired the series from 2019 to 2021 for the British dub before Qubo ceased operations. The show currently airs onKids Street.

In Canada, the series aired onFamily Jr.while in Quebec, the series aired onTélé-Québec.

In Australia, the series aired on10 Peachand then onABC Kids.

In New Zealand, the series airs onTVNZ.

Reception and criticism

The reboot was poorly received by longtime fans of the older series. Criticism focused on the characters' redesigns and the changes to their personalities.[5]
