Carrie Rugh(bornc.1961) is an American former competitivefigure skater.She is the 1976Nebelhorn Trophysilver medalist,[1]1976Grand Prix International St. Gervaisbronze medalist,[2]1978Richmond Trophysilver medalist,[1]and 1979U.S. nationalbronze medalist. She trained at the Los Angeles Figure Skating Club.[3]The mayor ofEl Segundo, Californiaproclaimed February 14, 1979 as "Carrie Rugh Day".[4]After retiring from competition, she performed with theIce Capades.[5]
