Dan Curtis Johnson(alsoDC Johnson,D. Curtis Johnson) is an Americanprogrammerandcomic bookwriter, known primarily for his creation (withJ. H. Williams III) of theDC ComicsseriesChase,numerousSecret Filesstories, and for having converted the character ofMister Bonesfrom a former low-levelsupervillainto a high-levelbureaucratof theDepartment of Extranormal Operations(also created by Johnson).
Gail Simonehas described him as "belong(ing) in (her) personal hall of fame".[1]
Also a participant in theDHMO hoax,in which he created a foil website for DHMO.org.[citation needed]
