Fujiwara no Tamekane(Đằng nguyên vi kiêm,Fujiwara Tamekane,1254–1332),[1]also known asKyōgoku Tamekane(Kinh cực vi kiêm),[2]was a poet, an official in the Imperial court ofEmperor Fushimi,and a senior bureaucrat of theKamakura shogunate.

Tamekane was the grandson of poetFujiwara no Tameie.[3]

In the ImperialDaijō-kan,he rose to the rank ofChūnagon[4]andDainagon.[5]

In 1298, he was banished toSado Island.[4]Later, this exile was modified to banishment inTosa province.[3]

In 1312 he compiled theGyokuyō Wakashū.[6]
