Early life
editWalker was born inGrande Prairie,Alberta.He played junior hockey withthe Pass Red DevilsandPenticton Vees.At theUniversity of North Dakota,Walker was a member of theNorth Dakota Fighting Hawks men's ice hockeyteam.[1]
Career
editOriginally signed by theWashington Capitalsas a free agent in1980 NHL Entry Draft,Walker played parts of two seasons there before he was traded to the Flames. He played with theHershey BearsandColorado Flamesbefore retiring at the end of the1982–83 NHL season.
