Jessica Mills Kincadeis an American former competitivefigure skater.She is the1989 World Juniorchampion[1]and1994 Skate Canada Internationalbronze medalist.

editJessica Mills is the sister of Olympic gymnastPhoebe Mills.[2]She is now known as Jessica Mills Kincade.[3][4]
Career
editHaving become interested in skating at age five, Mills trained inJanesville, WisconsinandBostonbefore moving toTorrance, Californiain 1986 to train underBarbara Roles.[5]
She placed fourth on the junior level at the1988 U.S. Championships.She was included in the U.S. team to the1989 World Junior Championshipsafter a leg injury led another skater to withdraw.[2]Mills placed fourth in thecompulsory figures,second in the short program, and first in the free skate.[2]She was awarded the gold medal ahead of Japan'sJunko Yaginumaand France'sSurya Bonalyat the event, which was held in December 1988 inSarajevo.She won the junior silver medal at the1989 U.S. Championships.
Mills placed fourth at the1990 World Junior Championships,held in December 1989 inColorado Springs, Colorado.She won the bronze medal at the1994 Skate Canada Internationaland placed fifth at the1995 Karl Schäfer Memorial.
Mills Kincade is a coach at the Louisville Skating Academy inLouisville, Kentucky.[3]
