Judith Marilyn Maddigan(néeTodd;born 3 February 1948),Australianpolitician, wasSpeaker of the Victorian Legislative Assemblyfrom 2003 to 2005. She was the member for the seat ofEssendonfrom 1996 to 2010, representing theLabor Party.
