editLin turned professional in 2011 and began playing on theChina LPGA Tour,where she has won seven times. She began playing on theLadies European Tourin 2013 and won theSanya Ladies Openback to back in 2014 and 2015.[1]
Lin began playing on theLPGA Tourin 2014 and finished tied 5th at the 2015Blue Bay LPGA.She has made multiple holes-in-one on the LPGA Tour and has lost two playoffs.[2]
Lin competed at the2016 Summer Olympics,finishing 38th.[3][4]
In 2023, Lin won the individual title at the weather-shortenedAramco Team Seriesevent atHong Kong Golf Clubin a playoff againstKo Jin-young.[5]
Lin competed at the2024 Summer Olympics,winning the bronze medal.[6][7]
