Fictional character biography
editMiek is aninsectoidalien fromSakaarwho is forced underground after the Imperials kill most of his hive. He is rescued duringHulk's battle with theRed Kingand works with him to free his brothers. During this time, hemetamorphosesinto a giant armored form.[1][2]
Miek later locates one of the last Queens of his race at an egg farm, but is forced to kill her after learning that she was infected by the Spikes.[volume & issue needed]He later leads the Warbound in Hulk's place while he forms an alliances withCaieraandHiroim's people.[volume & issue needed]
After the Hulk's spaceship explodes, destroying Sakaar and killing Caiera, Miek and the Warbound accompany him in returning to Earth to seek vengeance against theIlluminati.[3]Hulk later learns that Miek had known of his ship's damaged power core, but never told him.[4]As such, he attacks Miek and imprisons him inNegative Zone Prison Alpha.[5][1][2]

editAfterAmatsu-Mikaboshibecomes the Chaos King, Miek escapes the Negative Zone and attacksAmadeus ChoandGalactusbefore being defeated by the former.[6]
Planet Savage
editAfter being exposed to Amatsu-Mikaboshi's energy, Miek becomes female and moves to theSavage Land.[1][2]After killing numerous Sakaarans, she attracts the Hulk's attention and is ultimately killed in a battle with him.[7][8][9][2]
Powers and abilities
editMiek is an insect-like alien with superhuman strength and durability, and the ability to fly.[10]As a gladiator, he developed six-limbed fighting skills, often wielding four weapons at a time to keep his opponents off-balance.[11]
