Ebuk, aneurophysiologist,was alecturerin the College of Health Sciences at theMakerere UniversityinMulago.[1]

In 2005, Ebuk was appointed asAmbassador of Uganda to the Democratic Republic of the CongoafterPresident of UgandaYoweri Museveni'sfirst appointment,Jacob Okello,had his appointment rejected by theDemocratic Republic of CongogovernmentinKinshasa.[2][3]

On 11 September 2008, Ebuk was appointed byPresident of UgandaYoweri MuseveniasAmbassador of Uganda to Russia.[4]He presented his diplomatic credentials toPresident of RussiaDmitry Medvedevon 27 February 2009.[5]
