Peter Breen(born October 29, 1969) is an American former competitiveice dancer.With partnerRachel Mayer,he is the 1992U.S. nationalsilver medalist. They represented theUnited States at the 1992 Winter Olympicswherethey placed 15th.[1]

Following that partnership, Breen teamed up withKate Robinson.They are the 1997 U.S. bronze medalists.
Breen is currently a physical therapist and works with elite figure skaters such asStephen Carriere[2]and Katrina Hacker.[3]
