Porituberoolithusis anoogenusofdinosaur eggfound in the lateCampanianOldman FormationandDinosaur Park FormationofAlberta,the Fossil Forest Member of theFruitland FormationinNew Mexico,the Upper Shale Member of theAguja FormationinTexasandCerro del Pueblo Formation(Difunta Group) of Mexico. It was originally described as distinct from theElongatoolithidson the basis of its ornamentation, but it was listed as a member of that oofamily by Wang et al. 2010.[1][2]It is very similar toSubtiliolithus,but has a thicker shell.[2]
