Sandra "Sandy" Rucker(born October 29, 1987, inPalm Springs,California), is a former competitiveAmericanfigure skater.She was the2005 U.S. nationaljunior champion. Rucker was coached byTammy Gambill.[1]
Rucker was one of four figure skaters featured on the 2006TLCseries,Ice Diaries.She was also one ofMichelle Trachtenberg's skating doubles in the movieIce Princess.[2]On June 27, 2007,Disneyannounced that Rucker would play the role of Sharpay Evans inDisney's High School Musical: The Ice Tour.[3]
