Sandro Damilano(born 24 February 1950) is an Italianathleticscoach.

He is the brother of the Italian twinrace walkerMaurizioandGiorgio,[1]which began to coached in the mid-1970s.
Biography
editHe was the coach of theItaly national athletics teamuntil 2011, he coached Italian championElisabetta Perrone,Erica Alfridiand after alsoAlex Schwazer.[2]In 2012 he is the coach of the Chinese national ofrace walking.[3][4]
He is one of the coaches of theSaluzzo Race Walking School,created by the town ofSaluzzoin 2002,[5]the school is also the center for the diffusion offitwalkingand training center of internationalrace walking.[6]
