Club career

Ndikumana began his career withAS Inter Starand in 2006 joinedTanzanian Premier LeagueclubSimba SC.[2]He moved in January 2008 to Norwegian sideMolde FK.[7]On 8 December 2008, he signed a one-and-a-half-year contract withLierse S.K.in theBelgian Second Division.[8]In the summer of 2010, he moved back to Burundi to play forFantastique Bujumbura.

In January 2013, he joined Sudanese clubAl-Merrikh SC.[9]

On 31 January 2014, he joined Albanian clubKF Tirana.[10]He made his debut for Tirana on 7 February in a 1–0 win against rivalsKF Partizani.[11]Nine days later, he scored his first goal in Albania in another 1–0 win againstBylis Ballsh.[12]On 2 March 2014, he scored his second goal for Tirana in a 1–1 againstKF Flamurtari VlorainStadiumi Flamurtari.[13]

In June 2015, he joined Angolan clubC.D. Primeiro de Agosto.[14]He was released, along with five other players, from the club at the end of the season.[15]

On 29 January 2016, he, along withFuadi Ndayisenga,signed for Burundian clubVital'O F.C.[16]

On 27 July 2016, he joined Qatari clubAl-Mesaimeer S.C.[17]
