The Charming Young Lady(German:Bezauberndes Fräulein) is a 1953 West Germanmusical comedy filmdirected byGeorg Thomallaand starring Thomalla,Herta StaalandGisela Fackeldey.[1]It is in theoperetta filmtradition and is based on the 1933stage work of the same titlebyRalph Benatzky.It was shot at theSpandau StudiosinBerlinandon locationin the city including aroundWannsee.The film's sets were designed by theart directorRolf Zehetbauer.
