I was born onNovember 26,1980inSan Antonio, Texas.I have been interested incomputersandcomputer programmingfor as long as I can remember. I wrote my first programs on anAtari 800XLand anIBM ATinBASIC.I went toBusiness Careers High Schoolfrom1995-1999.After that I moved toAustin, Texasin order to attendThe University of Texas.However, I only took one class - Introduction toPhilosophy- before taking an extended leave. I returned to school in 2004 to studyComputer Science.I switched toLinguisticssoon afterwards, specializing inComputational Linguistics.I graduated with a B.A. in Linguistics in August of 2009. I will graduate with a Masters ofSoftware EngineeringfromCalifornia State University, Fullertonin 2012. After that I plan to enterStarr King School for the Ministryto pursue myMDiv.

Career

I generally consider myself acomputer programmeras far as my career is concerned. I program mostly inJava,but I also program inRuby,C#,Perl,Bash,and various otherprogramming languages.I am aSun Certified Professionaland I hold the Programmer, Developer, and Web Component Developer certifications.

Some of the programming subjects which I am especially knowledgeable about include:
