I am a native of theBuffalo metro area.In my spare time, I frequentBuffaloRising,SkyscraperCity,andAARoads,where I post pictures of local projects.

In fact, many of the pictures I take for these sites can be found on myCommonsprofile as I only take them for public use with attribution.

Here on Wikipedia, the scope of my content creation is somewhat limited toUpstate New Yorkand the Buffalo area, but I am open to exploring new things. That's what this project is all about.

In reality, I've been on here since 2006, but primarily in the form of test accounts for childish edits before 2010.

Philosophy

Pictures

• I don't agree with those who sayInstagramhas more value thanFlickr;I use both, too. One is akin to aPolaroidinstant camerafor special moments, and the other is for showcasing, examining analyzing every pixel in an image.
• I do agree with the concept offreely licensed imagesreigning king on Wikipedia. There is always a way to document a subject without sacrificing quality or encroaching upon copyrights.
