High school
editSignal Hill is his high school (Signal Hill Comprehensive School), not a club. Guettarda 15:24, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
Pictures
editThis looks like a good article. Only thing missing are pictures. Useful for if someone never seen the person before (obvious I know.) MrBobla 19:29, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
Barcelona demolition?
editIt says Yorke and Cole demolished FC Barcelona in the 1998/1999 Champions League. Man Utd played Barcelona twice in the group stages, each match ending in a 3-3 draw. In the first match neither Cole or Yorke scored, though they scored all three goals in the second match. None the less, a 3-3 draw can hardly be classified as a demolition? Should probably be deleted? Harald ss (talk) 14:07, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

DNA TEST
editUpon reading his autobiography he states he has never had a DNA test for Harvey. Quoting "I had no doubt in my mind he was mine". I think this should be added as it states in the wiki article that he did take a paternity test. Thoughts? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Andyjlaidlaw (talk • contribs) 05:54, 24 December 2010 (UTC)
Dwight Yorke scared of three wheeled cars
editI once read that Dwight Yorke was scared of 3 wheeled cars when he came to England. I read about it in FourFourTwo football magazine, issue 201, page 32, march 2011 and yet its not on Wikipedia.
Yorke is quoted as saying "That's true! When I came to England, I'd never seen on before, so when one came hurtling towards me I thought a wheel was missing so I ducked for cover. It was yellow, just like Del Boy's. When I found out it was meant to be like that I quite liked it, but at the time it was pretty scary."
I think this is funny, will you put it on Wiki so that others can read it?

Contradiction
editThe article states he retired following his release from Sunderland and yet the infobox has him playing for Tobago United for a year after the Mackems. I'm not sure which is correct but the article needs to be edited so as it doesn't contradict itself. Keresaspa (talk) 01:19, 19 October 2012 (UTC)

Children
editAccording to a recent article in the Daily Mail, Yorke has a younger son, Brandon Tiger, with Naomi Smith. As the Mail is not considered a reliable source, this cannot be added to the page. I've found a few other references to him in various gossip columns, but they all refer back to statements made by Katie Price's Instagram page so wouldn't meet the standard for inclusion per WP:RS. To compound my confusion, an article in The Independent states that he has a son called Orlando, born in 2007 "to his partner Naomi". Can anyone find something reliable to support the claim that Yorke has more than one son? ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 12:38, 19 January 2021 (UTC)
