History
editOne of the oldest planets in the universe, Oa serves as the homeworld and headquarters for the Green Lantern Corps and their superiors, the Guardians of the Universe. It contains a training center, a dining hall, a memorial hall, a hall containing the Green Lantern Corps' constitution, and specialized prison cells called Sciencells.[1]
