51°18′47″N0°48′36″W/ 51.313°N 0.810°W Blackwater and Hawleyis acivil parishin theHartdistrict ofHampshire,England, on the border withSurrey.[1]According to the 2001 census it had a population of 5,849, reducing to 4,473 at the 2011 Census.[2]The parish includesMinley,BlackwaterandHawley,which are both part of theAldershot Urban Area.It was once part of the parish ofYateley.
