Bub Asman(born August 17, 1949, inLouisville, Kentucky) is asound editorknown for his collaborations with directorClint Eastwood.He and his colleagues on the 2006 filmLetters from Iwo Jimawon theAcademy AwardforBest Sound Editing,and were nominated the same year forFlags of Our Fathers.He also won for the 2014 filmAmerican Sniper.[1]He shared both awards withAlan Robert Murray.
