2019–20 UAE Division 1

2019–20 UAE Division onewas the 44thDivision oneseason. Team changes for the season includeAl Bataehwho joined the league, whileHattaandKhor Fakkanwas promoted to theUAE Pro League,whileDibba Al FujairahandEmirateswere relegated. However, the season was cancelled with 12 out of 14UAE Pro Leagueclubs voting in favour of cancelling the season and not a single division one club had a say on the matter. The decision was done due to theCOVID-19 pandemic in the United Arab Emiratesand no team were rewarded with promotion.[1]
