It was held at theIceberg Skating PalaceinSochion 26–28 November. Medals were awarded in the disciplines ofmen's singles, women's singles,pairs,andice dance.Skaters earned points toward qualifying for the2021–22 Grand Prix Final.

The event was originally scheduled to be held at its traditional location ofMegasport Sport PalaceinMoscow,but was relocated in June after theInternational Ice Hockey Federationadjusted the rink size at the Megasport.[1]
