Aha bar Jacob

RavAha bar Jacob(or R.Aha bar Ya'akov;Hebrew:רבי אחא בר יעקב) was aBabylonianrabbi of the third and fourth generations ofAmoraim.

He was one of the disciples ofRav Huna.[1]He was also one of the prominentJewishleaders ofPapunia.[2]In theTalmudit is said that he was a man of great piety and a great scholar.[3]
