Early life
editFromGualeguaychú, Entre Ríos,he played for Central Entrerriano prior to joiningEstudiantes de La Plataaged eleven years-old. He trained with theArgentina national under-17 football teamunderPablo Aimar.[1]
Career
editIn January 2023, just after he turned seventeen years-old, Atum made his debut in theEstudiantes de La Platareserve team.[2]In April 2023 he received his first call-up to the Estudiantes de La Plata first team squad under coachEduardo Dominguezand was given first team squad number 40.[3]
On May 8, 2023, he made his first team debut in theArgentine Primera Divisionas a substitute in a 2–0 win overVelez Sarsfield.He was credited with an assist forGastón Benedettito score the second goal.[4][5][6]
