- Rover– A Bio-Com (Biological Combat Unit created by theSecret Empire) rescued by Hawkeye.[4]
- Twitchy– Senior intelligence analyst of theW.C.A.[2][5][6]
- Grills– A man who lives in Hawkeye's building and owns a rooftop grill on which he barbecues for his friends. He knows Clint Barton is Hawkeye, but insistently thinks the latter is "Hawkguy". Grills was later killed by the Tracksuit Mafia.
- Grills made his live-action debut in theMarvel Cinematic UniverseseriesHawkeye(2021) onDisney+,portrayed by Clayton English. This version is a firefighter and member of the NYCLARPerswho had found theRoninsuit inKate Bishop's apartment following a fire. Grills thought it was just a ninja suit and wore it for LARPing. He was met byClint Bartonin Central Park and had to pretend duel him in the LAPRing competition to get it back. Later, while at LARPing practice, Grills is met by Bishop andLucky,who ask for help from a NYPD officer in retrieving Barton's arrows. Grills then invites them to lay low at his apartment. The night of the Bishop Christmas Party, Grills and his fellow cosplayers provide assistance to Barton and Bishop after the Tracksuit Mafia arrive at the Center.

- Lucky the Pizza Dog– Born June 29, Lucky is Hawkeye's dog, which he adopts in the first issue of his series byMatt Fraction.The dog's tag identified it by the name "Arrow", but Hawkeye chose to rename it "Lucky". Lucky gets an issue of the comic devoted to his point of view, in which it is revealed that he thinks of himself by the name of "Pizza-Dog". Lucky appears in a post-launch update of video gameMarvel's Avengers.
- Lucky made his live-action debut in theDisney+seriesHawkeye(2021), which is set in theMarvel Cinematic Universe(MCU). He is agolden retrieverwho was saved and adopted byKate Bishop.He was brought with Bishop and Barton on their mission againstKingpin'sTracksuit Mafia.
- In thefirst episode,Lucky meets Kate outside a hotel where a gala is held. After hearing a sound, he runs off to the back of the hotel and attacks a Mafia member loading stolen items from the black market auction the Mafia had broken into. Kate, in the Ronin suit, rescues him from the Mafia and he runs away onto a street with heavy traffic, but she saves him again, and takes him back to her apartment.
- In thesecond episode,Lucky meets Barton after he and Kate return to the apartment. Lucky runs upstairs as the Mafia arrive and throw Molotov cocktails into the apartment setting it on fire. He, Kate, and Barton leave through the fire escape. They go on the run into the subway station and go to Kate's aunt's apartment.
- In thethird episode,Lucky accompanies Kate and Barton to get a replacement hearing aid for Barton, breakfast, a walk throughCentral Park,and to the Bishop Residence.
- In thefourth episode,Lucky and Kate relax at the Residence while listening to Kate's mother,Eleanor Bishop,and her fiancé,Jack Duquesne.That night, they return to Kate's aunt's apartment and have a Christmas party with Barton. After Kate learns that Barton was Ronin due tothe Blip,she takes Lucky with her to her room for bed. The next day, Lucky and Kate go to Central Park to ask aNYPDofficer in the NYCLARPerswith assistance in retrieving Barton's arrows. Lucky and Kate are invited to go back with them toGrills' apartment.
- In thefifth episode,Lucky falls asleep with Barton on Grills' couch after he returns from a fight. The next day, Lucky is taught a trick by Grills, that Kate tries but fails to copy it before receiving a video revealingKingpinas the head of the Mafia.

- Eden– A tattooed lady and a member of the Keibler Circus, brief encounter.[41]
- Barbara "Bobbi" Morse– also known as Mockingbird, Hawkeye met her shortly after his relationship with the Scarlet Witch, when they were both Avengers. After joining the Defenders they wed. Together they led the West Coast Avengers until Mephisto killed her. She later came back to life but was revealed to be a Skrull in disguise.
- Natasha Romanoff– Black Widow and Hawkeye cooperated to take down Stark industries, but when Black Widow's amnesia's effects vanished she became an Avenger. In order to impress her, Hawkeye turned to crime until he realized he wasn't impressing her and joined the Avengers as well. They formed a perfect duo and worked together on different occasions, this leading to them forming a relationship. But Iron Man was worried the relationship would compromise missions so he forced them to break off their romance.
- Moonstone (Karla Sofen)– fellow Thunderbolt
- She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters)– The brash bowman and She-Hulk shared a short relationship, which She-Hulk broke off because of Hawkeye's personality.
- Scarlet Witch (Wanda Maximoff)– Hawkeye and the Scarlet Witch had a brief romance which angered the Vision, causing them to break it off.
- In theMarvel Cinematic Universe,Barton and Maximoff have a close friendship, similar to that of an older brother and younger sister. Their friendship began inAvengers: Age of Ultron,and continued inCaptain America: Civil WarandAvengers: Endgame.
- Wasp (Janet van Dyne)– After Wasp broke up with Hank Pym, she started a relationship with Hawkeye which ended when Thor killed her.

- Hood– Parker Robbins is a crime lord who rose to power via his magical cloak and pair of boots with supernatural abilities, such as teleportation and invisibility. He can also channel magic through his guns.[61]

- Kazimierz "Kazi the Clown" Kazimierczak– An assassin hired by the Tracksuit Mafia to kill Barton and his friends at the apartment. He was responsible for making Barton deaf by putting two of his arrows into Barton's ears.

- Tracksuit Mafia– Dubbed the Tracksuit Draculas and the Tracksuit Bros., this is the tracksuit-wearing gang in Fraction's Hawkeye series who Barton continually runs into. They are responsible for the death of Grills.[73]
- Trickshot– Buck Chisholm. Highly skilled archer. Hawkeye's former mentor.[4][9][53][74][75][76]
