Willy Rey's nude likeness adorned thestock certificateofPlayboy Enterprisesfrom the time of itsinitial public offeringon 3 November 1971 until June 1990, when it was replaced with a clothed figure. The image on the certificate was replaced due to the expense of servicing the large number of shareholders owning only a single share.[2]
She died of an overdose ofbarbiturates(sleeping pills) in Vancouver on 19 August 1973.[3]
