The dish is one of the delicacies ofJharkhandi cuisine.The main ingredients in this savouryfried breaddish are powderedrice,powdered chanadal.The bread is then deep fried.[1]It is often served with any sauce orchutney.Dhooskais mostly made in market-area stalls where people enjoy it as a snack and is rarely found in larger restaurants.[2]
