From 1978 to 1988, Xardel was director ofESSEC Business School[1]He was Editor in Chief of theHarvard L'Expansion,the French version of theHarvard Business Review.[2]As of 2005, he was Associate Dean for International Affairs at ESSEC.[3]He holds a Doctorate degree from theUniversity of Paris IX-Dauphine.[2]Xardel worked for businesses such asUnileverandTime Incbefore joining ESSEC, and he has taught atGeneva Business Schoolin Switzerland. Xardel has authored various books on marketing[4]
