Milin was fired byNK Zadarin December 2013.[1]

On 5 January 2022, Milin was appointed manager ofPrva HNLclubŠibenik.[2]On 12 February 2022, following a 0–5 home defeat toHrvatski Dragovoljacin theleague,he was sacked.[3]

Milin was confirmed as manager ofBosnian Premier LeagueclubPosušjeon 14 June 2022, on a two-year contract.[4]His first match saw Posušje draw againstVelež Mostaron 15 July 2022.[5]Milin was sacked by the club on 19 September 2022, following a series of poor results.[6]
