Station layout

The station consists of one ground-levelside platformserving a single bi-directional track. The platform is short, and can only accommodate three carriage trains. The station is unattended.[1]

History

Inao Station opened on 20 July 1960.[1]With the privatization ofJapanese National Railways(JNR) on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of JR East.
