Inao Station(Đạo đuôi dịch,Inao-eki)is a railway station in the city ofŌmachi, Nagano,Japan, operated byEast Japan Railway Company(JR East).^[1]

Inao Station is served by theŌito Lineand is 41.6 kilometers from theterminusof the line atMatsumoto Station.^[1]

Station layout

The station consists of one ground-levelside platformserving a single bi-directional track. The platform is short, and can only accommodate three carriage trains. The station is unattended.^[1]

History

Inao Station opened on 20 July 1960.^[1]With the privatization ofJapanese National Railways(JNR) on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of JR East.
