The company was founded in the early 1990s byVladimir PotaninandMikhail Prokhorov,and the primary owner isVladimir Potanin,withMikhail Prokhorovhaving departed in 2007.[1]Prokhorov received $7.5 billion for his shares in Interros.[2] In December 2021, "Interros" redomiciled in Russia as "Interros Kapital" LLC, owned by Сyprian company "Whiteleave holdings limited", a part of "Interros", in special administrative district onRusskiy IslandinPrimorsky Krai.[3]
