editAfter appearing forGhana U17andGhana U20,[4]Twum made his senior debut forGhanain a 3–0 win againstSaudi Arabiaon 10 October 2017.[5]Twum was captain of the Ghanaian team that won the2017 WAFU Cup of Nations,being named Most Valuable Player of the tournament in the process.[6]
