In 2001, Booth starred in the Canadian ensemble dramaCentury Hotel,[3][4]and in 2002 she co-starred in the Canadian comedy filmRub & Tug.[5][6]Booth starred as Dodger Allen in the 2005 movieCry Wolf,[7]appeared in the 2004 remakeDawn of the Deadas Nicole, and had a role inWrong TurnwithEliza Dushku.[8]In 2008, Booth starred in the thriller filmBehind the Wall(originally titledThe Wall).[9]

Booth had a supporting role in the filmKick-Ass 2(2013), playing Night Bitch.[10][11]

In June 2023, it was announced thatMetropolis,a miniseries adaptation ofFritz Lang’s classic silent era sci-fi filmto be directed and written bySam Esmailwith Booth in a major role,[19]would not be moving forward.[20]
