Nikita Vladilenovich Ermolaev(Russian:Никита Владиленович Ермолаев,born 11 July 1991) is a Russianpair skater.Competing withGoda Butkutėfor Lithuania, he has won five senior international medals, including three on theISU Challenger Series.[1]

Career
editErmolaev started skating in 1999.[2]As a single skater, he was coached by Valentina Chebotareva.[3]In the 2011–12 season, he competed withDaria Beklemishevain pair skating. Coached byNikolai Velikovin Saint Petersburg, the pair placed tenth at the2012 Russian Junior Championships.[3]
Partnership with Butkutė
editErmolaev's partnership with Lithuanian skaterGoda Butkutėbegan in the2012–13 season.They competed only in Lithuania and Russia during their first three seasons as a pair.[2][3]
Representing Lithuania, Butkutė/Ermolaev appeared in their firstInternational Skating Unioncompetitions in the2015–16 season.Konstantin Bezmaternykhcoaches the pair in Saint Petersburg.[2]They were awarded silver at their first event, theLombardia Trophyin September 2015. In October, they won bronze at the2015 Mordovian Ornament,[4]theirISU Challenger Series(CS) debut. In November, the pair placed fourth at the2015 CS Tallinn Trophyand took bronze at the2015 CS Warsaw Cup.
In January 2016, Butkutė/Ermolaev placed 11th in both segments and overall at theEuropean ChampionshipsinBratislava.In March, they competed at the2016 World ChampionshipsinBoston;ranked 17th in the short program, they missed qualifying for the free skate by one spot.
