After playing forD.C. United AcademyandOakton High School,Pilato played college soccer atPenn State.[1]

Professional

Pilato signed with his local team,Loudoun United FCon March 7, 2019.[2]He scored his first professional goal on May 11, 2019, against theCharlotte Independence.[3]

For the2020 season,Pilato joinedGreenville Triumph SCofUSL League One.[4][5]He scored a goal in a preseason win by the Triumph againstUSL ChampionshipsideNorth Carolina FCon February 29, 2020.[6]Pilato scored his first professional goal for the Triumph on August 22, 2020, in a 1–0 win againstFort Lauderdale CF.[7]

On April 11, 2024, Pilato signed with USL League One sideCharlotte Independence.[8]
