TheProfessional Footballers' Association Merit Award(often called thePFA Merit Award,or simply theMerit Award) is an award given by theProfessional Footballers' Association(the PFA) for meritorious service to football.[1]
The award was first given in1974,and was won (jointly) byBobby CharltonandCliff Lloyd.The latest winners of the award areIan WrightandJill Scott.
