Spring and Autumn Annals of Wu and Yue

TheSpring and Autumn Annals of Wu and Yue(Chinese:NgôCàngXuânThu;pinyin:Wúyuè Chūnqiū) is an unofficial history from the time of theEastern Handynasty that consists of a collection sidenotes on historical events. The ten-volume book was written byZhao Ye( Triệu diệp ), and narrates the history of battles between the states ofWuandYueduring theSpring and Autumn period.The text is richly styled and detailed in a way that resembles texts from the School of "Minor-talks" ( tiểu thuyết gia / tiểu thuyết gia;Xiaoshuojia) within theHundred Schools of Thought.

TheSpring and Autumn Annals of Wu and Yueis considered a follow-up of theLost Book of Yue( càng tuyệt thư ). The annals have several modern commentaries and revised versions.
