Suero,also referred to assuero costeñoorsuero atollabuey,is a fermented-milk-based condiment fromColombia'sCaribbeancoastal region. It is somewhat similar toyogurtorsour cream.[1]It is served as an accompaniment for various dishes and snacks.[2]It is believed to be introduced byArab Colombians,as a local adaptation oflabneh.
