Susan Blu,better known asSue Blu,is an American voice-actress, voice-director, and casting-director in American and Canadian cinema and television. She most notably voicedArceeinThe Transformers: The Movieand Seasons 3 and 4 ofThe Transformers(she later reprised the role inTransformers: Animated). She is also known for playing the roles of Stormer/Mary Phillips and Lindsey Pierce in the 1980s animated seriesJem.She also served as a Casting- & Voice-Director forHandy Manny,for which she also guest-starred as Marion.

Blu graduated fromStephens CollegeinColumbia, Missouri.[1]Her voice roles include Nanny Smurf onThe Smurfs,Judge J.B. She also played Princess PawPaw onHanna-Barbera'sPaw Paws,the Sphinx onTiny Toon Adventures,and provided the voice of Sibella from the television movieScooby Doo and the Ghoul School(1988).

Blu has worked as a voice-director for the Ocean Group, a Canadian-based company most notable for providing the voice-actors forViz CommunicationsandBeast Warsseries. She was the voice director forBeast Wars,a prequel (and sequel) ofThe Transformers,and the sequel,Beast Machines.She was the dialogue director on theTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles1987 TV series and was also the voice director on theTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles2003 TV series. She was the voice-director forTransformers: Animatedand reprised the role of Arcee. She also played the role of Vikki Grimm from theArmy Menseries. She is also the voice director and voice actor forThe Magic School Bus.She worked as voice director forTransformers: Primeuntil Season 1, Episode 7, when the death of her wife forced her to turn the position over toJamie Simone.

Blu's on-screen appearances include an appearance on the 1977 television seriesThree's Company,an appearance on the television seriesKnight Rider,and the role of Amanda Shepard inFriday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood(1988).
